Terms of payment
Registration:
You can make your reservation in written form by mail, e-mail or fax. After you receive your confirmation from Tagish Cabins B&B and Tours, a travel contract is completed.
Deposit:
A 20% deposit is due, once you have received your confirmation. ( payment deadline 14 days ) Restpayment is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation by client:
In case of cancellation by clients, we reserve the right to retain following fees:
Up to 60 days prior to arrival: 10 %
30- 60 days prior to arrival: 20 %
01- 30 days prior to arrival: 50 %
If a client doesn't show up without prior notice, there is no refund !
We strongly recommend a cancellation and medical travel insurance,which is available at your travel agency.
Cancellation by organizer:
Force majeure or other incalculable risks could lead to the cancellation of your travel. In that case, we guarantee 100 % refund to the client.
Claims for compensation are however excluded from this contract.
Travel documents & Visa:
Clients are fully responsible for their travel documents and should contact Immigration Canada for any concerns. A passport valid 6 month after departure is usally sufficient. Claims for compensation in that matter are also excluded from this contract.
Liability & safety regulations:
Due to the prevailing insurance situation and legal atmosphere in Canada, we must insist that each one of our guests participating in any kind of our tour program, read and sign a liability waiver prior to the tour. You can sign the document when you arrive.
